The chateau de Kerangat‘s quiet secluded location is within 50 acres of woods, garden, springs and meadows extending to the pristine rural Brittany.

Away from the roads and crowds it is yet, close to the coastal resorts of Carnac, Quiberon, and the coves and small harbors of the golfe of Morbihan. 

Kerangat is easily accessible by air from all major European hubs through the regional airports of Dinard (Saint Malo), Lorient, Rennes or Nantes. Convenient channel crossings at Roscoff, St. Malo, Cherbourg or Caen make it just a few hours from England. In western France, the chateau is just 3 and a half hours from Paris by high speed train or less than 5 hours by car.

Road System

All major car rental companies offer services at the train stations and at the airports.  The road network is well laid out with several expressways.  The chateau is located within 15 minutes of the Rennes-to-Lorient expressway and 20 minutes from the Nantes-to-Brest expressway.
