General terms and conditions:
Included: Exclusive occupancy of the castle for up to 16. Linens,
utilities, grounds maintenance, and cleaning assistance (M-F).
Start and end of weekly occupancy: Saturday 5:00 p.m. to Saturday 09:00 a.m.
Payment terms: Payable in installments: 30% down-payment payable at reservation, the balance and the security deposit
(1,500 Euros) are payable 3 months prior to the start of occupancy. The security deposit is returned after departure.
Cancellation: Down-payment is not refunded for cancellations.
Liability and Insurance: All visitors are to arrange for their own holiday insurance, including medical cover as required. The owners can accept no responsibility for accidents.
Disclaimer: The owners of the Château de Kerangat will not accept any liability for any loss, injury or damage of any nature whatsoever sustained to or by any person in the course of their occupation of Kerangat castle and the land belonging adjacent thereto as a result of the occupation of that property or any activity carried out
in the course of such occupation whosesoever sustained, such activity and occupation being carried out at the individual's own risk.
